We are located in Memphis, Tennessee so we are in the Central Time Zone. Our hours are:
Monday through Thursday - 10 until 5:30
Friday -10 until 5
Saturday - 10 until 4
How do you ship my order?
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We do not offer international shipping through our website, however if you would like your order shipped out of the US please call us at 901.737.5056 for further details.
How soon after I place my order will it ship?
Typically stationery and invitation orders will ship out 2 – 3 days either after the order is placed or after proof approval. Items from our Personalized Gifts, Judaica or Paper Accessories sections will typically ship 5 – 7 days after order is placed or after proof approval. Times may increase slightly during peak holiday seasons.
What are your shipping costs?
Your first item will be $8.00 to ship via ground service or USPS. Each additional item will be $1.50. Second day shipping starts at $25.00 per item and overnight shipping starts at $52.00.
What is your Return Policy?
Everything on our site is personalized so we are unable to accept any returns. Please, please double check your order before submitting. If you are unsure of anything when placing your order please contact us at 901.737.5056 or email@example.com.
What is your Refund Policy?
We do not offer refunds on any of our items since they are all personalized. Please make sure that you have everything that you are having printed correct on your order before submitting. What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to halt the production process, however if the order has been sent to production then a cancellation is not possible.
What if there is an error with my order?

Errors made by Confections by Shara’s Paperie will be reprinted at no charge and shipped via typical shipping method as soon as possible.
Errors made by the customer will be reprinted at a discounted cost as soon as possible. The customer will be responsible for shipping and proof charges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Should your order arrived damaged please let us know as soon as possible. Either send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 901.737.5056.
We will ask you to take a picture of the damage and email it to us. Once we have received the necessary photo we will make an assessment as to the best way to proceed.
Privacy is as important to us as it is to you. We don’t’ like spam either! Confections by Shara’s Paperie will never sell or disclose your personal information to any third parties. However some information will need to be shared with our manufacturers for shipping purposes.

What is the correct way to enter monogram information?
For women, the first initial of your last name should be in the middle. For example the monogram for Susan B. Jones would be entered in as SJB. However a man named Michael John Scott would have his monogram printed as MJS, his middle initial will be in the middle of the monogram not his last name.
How do I enter monogram information for a joint monogram?
Generally, for monograms the woman's initial should be listed first. The order would be: Wife; Last Name; Husband. For example the monogram for Pam and Jim Halpert would be entered in as PHJ.
